We are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Melton Valley Golf Club will be held on:

Agenda:
1. Welcome and Opening Remarks
2. Confirmation of Minutes of Annual General Meeting of the Melton Valley Golf Club 2023
3. Appointment of auditor for the coming 12 months
4. Receive and Consider;
-The annual report of each committee during the preceding year.
-The financial statements of the Association as forwarded to the membership.
5. Elect new members to fill the positions on the executive board that have become vacant by rotation.
6. To set the amount of the annual membership fee in accordance with the club’s constitution
7. To consider any notice of motion(s) put to the club notice of receipt of which has been received by the close of business on the 7th of February 2024.
Nomination forms for the Executive Board positions are available from the Club office
Proxy forms are available from Club Secretary/Manager and must be filled in and returned to the office by Monday 19th February.
